Terms and conditions of use: 

Placing an Order.

  • All customer need to register first before placing an order,  by registering with us, you will be able to place an order,  check your order history, change address, get news letter (only if you subscribed for it, and your  get full support.
  • Ones you have placed your order, you will get a confirmation from us to advice with the time of the delivery.
  • Usually most of parts in stock, only few items may take up-to 14 days to manufacture, we will inform you on the progress of your order.
  • some pictures are used for illustration purpose only, always read the more info box for more details

Order status

  • Awaiting bank wire payment   ( Payment has not been cleared yet)
  • Cancelled (your order has been cancelled )
  • Preparation in progress (products under building/packing.)
  • Refund  (your fund has been refunded)
  • On backorder  (your order on hold for more stock availability )
  • Shipped   (your order has been shipped and it should be with you shortly)

Deposit option 

  • The deposit option is available for select items, with the deposit amount specified on the item description page. Customers have the flexibility to add or remove items during the indicated lead time. If a customer chooses to cancel the order before receiving our notice of completion email, the deposit payment will be fully refunded.

  • We'll notify our customers a week before completion via email, confirming that work has begun on their order and providing an estimated dispatch date. If the customer decides to cancel the order at this stage, a refund will be provided in the form of a credit voucher, valid for use for 6 months.

  • The balance invoice will be sent to the customer around the same time as our notice of completion email. They will have 7 days to make the payment, with the option to request an extension, up to a maximum of 14 days. If payment is not received within 14 days and no agreement to delay the payment is reached, we reserve the right to sell the order to cover our costs. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. 


  • Most order within the UK will be shipped using Royal mail services unless other courier been selected by the customer
  • We also use City lin, DHL, Fedex, UPS and some other courier 
  • Usually it takes 7 -14 days for the item to be delivered from the date of shipment. (this can be deferent from the date  of the order)
  • CockpitSimPart is not responsible for any delay may cause by the courier and no compensation will be considered at any circumstances.
  • We strongly advice our customer to take insurance cover to cover any damaged items on transportation. (please contact us if you would like to take the insurance cover)
  • We do not accept responsibility for any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or similar charges that may be incurred.

Order cancellation

  • It is your right to cancel your order at any time within the manufacturing time (Before notice of completion or dispatch)
